February 26, 2021

Capstone is pleased to announce the initiation of a Public Involvement Program (PIP) for the newly introduced Buffalo Atlee 4 project phase. Technical documents and maps are included on the project documents page, found here. Contact details for this project phase remain the same as for the other phases of the wind farm.

August 26, 2020

Maps of the updated wind farm layout are now available on the project documents page of this website, as well as revised versions of the Noise Impact Assessment and Shadow Flicker Report relating to the updated layout.

August 21, 2020

The wind farm layout has been updated since the last consultation done from the fall of 2019 in order to address concerns regarding wildlife and wetland effects of the project. A new consultative newsletter has been sent out to all stakeholders for review and consideration.

September 11, 2019

A digital copy of the updated Noise Impact Assessment and Shadow Flicker Reports for the Project have been posted online and can be downloaded on the project documents section of the website.

A digital copy of the latest information package including the September Newsletter, and final project layout maps has been posted online and can be downloaded on the project documents section of the website.

Project Visual Simulations and the Public Open House #2 Summary Report are now available on the project documents section of the website.

The Frequently Asked Questions page was updated to include updated responses to the visual simulation, wildlife and Community support questions. New questions have been added addressing emergency response and road use during construction. The updated Frequently Asked Questions document can also be downloaded in PDF format on the projects document.

This is a consultation guidance document that will frame the groups engaged, the methods used, and the timelines followed to complete thorough consultation for the three projects
